Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your 369 Reels Web account and associated personal information at any time, directly from the mobile app. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps in the 369 Reels Web mobile app:

1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the Account tab (your profile picture) in the bottom-right corner of the tab bar.
3. In your account screen, open the Security section.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm when prompted to permanently delete your account.

What Happens After You Delete Your Account

Once you confirm the deletion:

• Your login and profile information are permanently removed through our authentication provider.
• You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.
• This action cannot be undone.

Data Retention

Some information may be retained only where required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security purposes
• Financial or tax record retention (where applicable)

Any retained information is stored only for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.

Requesting Full Data Deletion

To request the removal of any remaining data associated with your account — such as your rentals and subscriptions, favourites, watch history, and watch-later list — email our compliance team at compliance@369reels.com. We will process your request within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by applicable law.
